Step 1:

To begin our journey, we will have a quick discovery call to ensure that we’re a perfect match! This initial conversation allows us to get on the same page and determine if our collaboration will be a smooth and successful one.

If all goes well, we’ll move into the exploration phase, where I dive deeper into understanding your business values, vision, and goals. This phase is crucial for setting the foundation, as we create a mood board that reflects the essence of your brand, capturing the look, feel, and aesthetic direction we want to pursue.

At this stage, a 50% deposit is required to secure your spot and officially book your project for the next available timeframe. This ensures we are fully committed and ready to begin the design process.

Step 2:

Now that the discovery phase is behind us, it’s time to jump into the design phase! With the design direction clearly established, I’ll get to work bringing your vision to life.

Throughout this phase, I’ll focus on creating a design that perfectly aligns with your brand’s identity and goals. Once you’ve had the chance to review the initial design, we’ll refine it together to ensure it’s exactly what you envisioned. If your project includes additional materials like collateral or packaging, we’ll also incorporate those into the final design package.

Timelines will vary depending on the complexity of the project, but rest assured, I’ll keep you updated with progress and make sure we stay on track.

D E L I V E R Y

Step 3:

Congratulations, your design package is complete! After a lot of collaboration, creativity, and fine-tuning, we’ve created something truly special together. At this stage, you’ll receive a download link containing all the print and digital files included in your package.

These files are yours to use, and I’ll make sure they’re formatted perfectly for your needs. As you move forward with your brand, don’t forget to tag us in your success stories and celebrations—we’re excited to cheer you on as you continue to grow and thrive!

The remaining 50% balance of the project will be required before the download link to your files are sent.
